The Riverside Community School District will be holding a special election on June 25, 2019 to seek voter approval for a Physical Plant and Equipment Property Tax and a Physical Plant and Equipment Income Surtax. Full ballot text is available in the sample ballot.

  • 7AM to 8PM

Dates and Deadlines

  • May 28: Absentee Voting Begins.
  • June 14 @ 5pm: Voter Registration Deadline.
  • June 14 @ 5pm: Last Day to Request an Absentee Ballot be Mailed.
  • June 24 @ 5pm: Last Day to Vote In-Person Absentee.

Important information

  • Voter ID will be required on Election Day.  Voters going to the polls on Election Day will be required to provide ID in order to cast a regular ballot.  The "oath option" that was available in 2018 is no longer an option.  
  • Voter ID is NOT required when requesting an absentee ballot.  Due to a current court ruling, voters who request an absentee ballot, either voting early in person or requesting a ballot be mailed, will not be required to provide an ID or an ID number.
