Combination of City and School Elections

Beginning this year, the law has changed for city and school elections.  These elections will now be combined into one election, held in November of odd-numbered years, rather than a school election in September and a city election in November.  This year, the date of that election is November 5th.

Previously, many voters went to different polling places for school elections.  Starting this fall, voters will use their general election polling place for all regularly scheduled elections.

ALL Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2019.

If you vote on Election Day, please remember that you are now requires to show an approved form of identification.  For more information on what may be used, or what to do if you do not have an approved form of identification, visit our Voter ID page.
